- It appears to me that the connection between the LastPass app for my desktop and the LastPass extension is fragile. I cannot get the desktop app to fill in my credentials on a new login attempt, and the extension will not allow me to access the credentials for the website. It's a mess!

- Lastpass seems solid, but this extension is the pits. 2-3 times a day I have to reinstall. And recently the 30 day trust stopped working too. It's too much work.

- Used to be good. I am currently researching alternatives. I have it set to turn off after 10 minutes inactivity but it stays on indefinitely, this is a huge security risk and a google search will show this is a very common issue. I am also consistently resetting it so it offer a password.

- I faced the same issues as others who are leaving reviews. While not happy with the product right now, this seems to be a windows update issue. I repeatedly removed the extension, cleared cache. That did nothing to help. Ran Disk Clean and made sure Temporary files was selected. Seems to have fixed the issue...for now.

- Have to reinstall the extension every couple of weeks because it just stops remembering my credentials. Then, all of a sudden, it decides to stop accepting my YubiKey which literally never changes and stays in my computer. For how important this extension should be, it is absolutely the worst piece of garbage ever coded - and that includes E.T. for the Atari 2600 and Superman 64.

- Seit einigen Wochen/Monaten ist die Erweiterung für Edge nahezu unbrauchbar geworden: Ständiges Einloggen mit teilweise etlichen Passworteingaben notwendig, Vault kann nicht geöffnet werden, Passwörter werden nicht gefunden. 1Password wird sobald wie möglich meine erste Wahl sein.

- I was a big fan of LastPass but it has stopped working on Edge. It works for a day or two and then stops working entirely. You can keep deleting and re-installing it every few days but obviously this is not sustainable. It will be a massive chore to port over to a different password manager but LP cannot be used.

- Hatten auch bischen Schwierigkeiten zu verstehen wie dieser Password Manager Arbeitet. Natürlich möchte Win 11 und Google usw. das man ihre Password Manager verwendet. Bei uns sind alle Weiterungen einwandfrei vorhanden. Auf jeder Browser Win 11, Google, Firestone, dann Seite von LastPass benutzen extra herunter geladen und mit dem jeweiligen Zugangsdaten und Passwort Für Win 11 und Google, usw. benutzen. und das für jedes Gerät wo LastPass installiert wird. Wir kommen damit Gut zurecht und ganze Familie ist von dem Password LastPass Manager äußerst zufrieden. Wir verwenden LastPass im Home Office dabei leistet er gute Dienste, gerne 5 Sterne ist er wert. Warum von wenigen Nutzern LastPass so schlecht bewertet wird verstehen wir nicht. nur auf Smartphone verwenden wir keinen Password Manager.

- Installed Edge extension and attempted to open my vault. It accepted my username and password and prompted me for my MFA code. I entered the code, and the extension went back to the login prompt. Did this again, and the same thing happened. I won't be using this worthless extension again.

- The company I work for JUST started using LastPass and already we're having problems with LastPass not working in Edge. As many others have already said, it requires removing and re-adding the extension to get it going again.

- In general, it works fine most of the time, but then once in a while, it will not save my password causing issues. This causes issues with my staff that use it. Any barrier to password management increases the risk of staff not using the system or using hackable passwords.

- I've been using LastPass for years because of its portability. Over the past year, it has demanded email verification almost every time I log in, even though every device I've logged in on is a regular device of my own. On top of that, it now plain does not work with Edge. This might be an Edge issue rather than a LastPass issue, because Apple Keychain is getting similar reviews at the moment, but I'm tired of having to copy and paste details from my Vault.

- I have been experiencing the same issue many other users have been experiencing with the app not working on Edge for many months. I also have to frequently reinstall the app. The lack of response from LastPass is very concerning, particularly for subscribers like me. At least, you would expect an email or a banner in the app, considering the extent of the issue. Many of us are evaluating alternative options, which is a pity because this app used to work well, has served us for many years, and has excellent security features.

- Garbage. LastPass is used by several clients and every day people complain about the plugin. It does not login reliably. It frequently does not open web pages and had to be removed and readded to browsers. It frequently loses the settings and they have to be reset. Really - just complete garbage.

- About every other week I have to remove and re-install the extension on Edge. Not sure if it's an Edge problem or the extension, but it's very annoying. It also isn't obvious when it stops working. You just sit there trying to log in to Last Pass and it loads forever.

- Most annoying password manager - works fine on Chrome, doesn't work consistently on Edge. And sometimes it looks like it accepted the password and MFA and yet it keeps spinning and really hasn't connected. This happens at least once a month. Very frustrating. Could you please work with Microsoft to figure out what this bug is and fix it. It started within the last 6 months. So one or both of you made an update that is incompatible.

- I have been using this product for MANY MANY years now, and I absolutely love it. It does as it is supposed to do. Never had an issue with it. Other people posting negative 1-star reviews. something is wrong with y'all. This runs perfectly, as an extension or an app download for Windows OR Mac.

- This app does not function properly on Edge. It will uninstall itself every day when I log in for work. I have checked the Intune policies. they are set to make sure this extension is INSTALLED at login for Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. It works for every browser except edge. And I took the Intune integration exactly from your docs. Fix your app.

- I installed it on my Windows 11 laptop, today. It works great and syncs with LastPass on my phone and my other computer. If yours stopped working, maybe uninstall & reinstall.

- Last Pass has worked great for years with MS Edge browser. Now, in the last week, it does not work at all; just a black box that I can no longer log into. The LastPass still works fine with a Chrome browser. So, I am not sure what is going on; but it is very frustrating.....

- I have been a customer for a few years and it has worked well. Suddenly in the last couple of days that pink box in the extension bar has turned black requiring me to enter my Master Password. Once entered the software still doesn't recognize me, What gives????I'm locked out of all of my accounts!! Rich

- works when it feels like it. To be clear it is more often than not but I haven't been able to login to the LastPass extension for over a week. Happens about once a month but doesn't usually last this long. It's extremely annoying. Could use another manager but of those i've used I do prefer lastpass.

- Used free version for many years and very pleased with it so installed 250 user plus version for work. Now become very awkward in Edge where it does not launch, does not consistently auto fill. If no improvement will be looking for alternatives. Was great but alas no more.

- This seems to be really broken on Microsoft Edge. The extension goes gray. When I click to login, it shows an empty little box that pops up underneath the extension. This USED to work flawlessly, since their hack, it all went downhill.

- Doesn't really work in the browser at all. Doesn't offer to remember new account sign ups, doesn't offer to generate strong passwords, does not offer to help me log in, just gets me to sign in then sits there chilling. I wouldn't use it if I wasn't forced to. This could be so much better.

- Lange Zeit hat es gut funktioniert. Aber das ist vorbei. Ständig ist die Erweitung für Edge defekt und muss neu installiert werden. Es loggt sich ständig aus, so dass umständliches Neuanmelden notwendig ist oder geht in eine Art Schlafmodus, so dass man es erst wieder anklicken muss, damit es aktiv ist. Ich hatte es erste gestern wieder installiert und heute morgen war es schon wieder defekt. Ich werde mich nun um einen Wechsel kümmern. Ich verstehe nicht, wie man ein gutes Tool so verschaden kann.

- You can't search for an item right after creating it? You have to refresh the vault. Even with most/all of the "autofill" features disabled, this extension still injects a ton of **** into the DOM near input fields. Why?

- A dramatically unreliable password manager. The LastPass add-on for Edge frequently malfunctions – either logging in doesn't work, reading my password database doesn't work, or password refilling on websites doesn't work. I was recently surprised that everything worked flawlessly for about a month, but that period has just ended, and the add-on doesn't work again. The tech support is hopeless (after numerous exchanges, tech support finally replied that they were mistaken and that what they were saying doesn't work). Their solutions are woefully underdeveloped and unreliable. I'm currently looking for another password manager to which I can happily switch. In the meantime, my passwords have leaked from LastPass. Due to the stress this buggy password manager causes, it's best to steer clear of it for your own health.

- Love this when it works. Stops working every 1-2 days and requires me to remove and re-install. Only in Edge. In Chrome it seems to work all the time, but I only used Edge at work so there is the issue.
