• (2025-07-06) Dan: It is not good. I use Microsoft's Edge. Something like once a week I have to go through a convoluted process that isn't documented anywhere that shows up when I search for help. The process requires that I go to a browser version, cancel my existing LastPass as identified in Edge by the extension (which I always verify is correct) and then make some guesses as to what to do next until it starts working again. I will seriously consider going through the very onerous process of moving about 150 password locations to a new password manager -- I'm already wasting about 15 minutes a week. In a couple of hours I will have transferred all the necessary information. If it seems like I'm annoyed, it will only get worse ... there is NO way to get help from LastPass for this problem. I not annoyed. I'm about as mad as I can get (I don't write with profanity or this would be a much more interesting complaint).
• (2025-07-04) Allen: After the most recent update from Microsoft, my machines no longer work with LastPass. Attempting to reinstall the extension. I know it's not LastPass fault, it's just annoying. Removing the extension and then reinstalling the extension worked.
• (2025-07-03) Mike: Was great for a long time. Now simply does not load after multiple tries and resets. Mostly Edge browser used, but trouble with Firefox as well.
• (2025-07-02) Danny: What an absolutely abysmal product that never works. I can't believe I'm still paying money for a tool that requires me to log in 100 times, then stops working completely anytime there is a browser update. Time to move to a better password manager solution.

The extension often isn’t clickable, making it impossible to log in or use autofill. Sure, you can still log in on the website—but who wants to copy and paste passwords manually? It took me to completely delete the extension and re-add it for it to finally work. What a waste of time! And it is supposed to SAVE time... Get your act together and FIX these issues. They have been going on for YEARS!!!

• (2025-05-08) Jon: I have been a lastpass user for years. Right now, very frustrated. I keep having to log into LastPass on all my systems almost every time I use it. This is a waste of time and energy. I have to agree with the other reviewers, it is going downhill quickly.

При любом падении интернета происходит выход из приложения, надо снова вводить пароль, а потом еще нередко и двух-факторную авторизацию через письмо надо проходить... Замучает. В остальном все отлично. В конце 2024 года стало трудно входить в расширение. Вводишь пероль по 5-6 раз, оно его проглатывает и ничего. Такое впечталение что сервера недоступны бывают. Снижаю мнение. Расширение просит устраивает проверку по email, но письмо не приходит! Пришло с 4 попытки. Я ввожу нормальный пароль, что за проверки

• (2025-02-05) Arisana: Damals der beste Passwort Manager, jetzt wird es immer schlechter. Zu dem Aufwand auf einen anderen zu wechseln konnte ich mich noch nicht aufraffen, sonst wäre das längst geschehen. Heute musste ich die Erweiterung ganz deaktivieren, weil sie eine dauerhafte CPU Auslastung von 15-20% generiert hat. Mit solchen Fehler haben sie bald einen zahlenden Kunden weniger. Ich habe echt keine Zeit für so was!!!
• (2025-01-22) DANA: The LastPass extension works fine on Chrome and shows the color red after I sign in. On Edge, it will not let me sign in and shows up in black. I'd had to remove LastPass and then reinstall it to get it to work for a bit before this scenario repeats.

It used to work just fine, but now the site logs me off after about five minutes, and the extension works once before you have to remove and reinstall it. What happened? Used to be great; now it's too cumbersome to bother using.

And if I close my computer and come back at a later time it seems like it does not work. I have removed and installed it several times, but it does not make it any better. Very frustrating. Soon to start looking for new password manager. Anyone have any recommendations?

Why must I enter my password three times before you graciously allow access? It's not typoed or you'd warn me to check my master password. It's not me, IT'S YOU. Edit 12/30/2024: Just checking in to reiterate that this is the worst service in the history of service. Seriously how are these people still in business?
• (2024-12-27) Dale: When it works, it is good. User for 2 years. Lately logging me out constantly. The extension has always had problems, but I could live with them for the value. Copy & Paste is also not working reliably. I've had enough frustrations I'm ready to leave LastPass and switch to a more reliable solution. Tough to leave after 5 years and 3 breaches, but it is time for me to explore.
• (2024-12-25) V: At least since December 19-20, 2024, LastPass extension for Edge has been fixed. Whether LastPass implemented a fix, Edge team removed something that has been causing the problem, or both - IDK. But it is working now for me on December 25, 2024 as expected (I have the latest Edge version and installed the LastPass extension from scratch).

• (2024-12-20) Don: It works in Edge just fine for me. Those having problems you do know you have to click on the puzzle piece (extensions) to the right of the url bar, no? I clicked on it, entered my email and master password and it worked. It did 2-party via Authenticator on my phone but that's what it's supposed to do. All is well.
