DropNote

DropNote is a productivity extension designed to bridge browsing and task management. It lets users attach context-aware sticky notes directly to webpages and organize all collected information in a centralized Kanban board.

Key Features
1. Context-Aware Sticky Notes
Notes are tied to specific URLs and reappear when revisiting the page.
Drag-and-drop positioning within the viewport.

Supports text, embedded screenshots, and simple doodling with a color palette.
Color-coded notes (Yellow, Red, Blue, Green).

2. Integrated Toolbar
An unobtrusive in-page toolbar provides quick access to:
- Add Note
- Web Clipper (save page metadata as a Kanban card)
- Screenshot capture (save to note or board)
- Kanban board shortcut
- Settings (themes, default note colors)

3. Kanban Project Board
- A centralized board (board.html) that aggregates all notes and clips:
- Default columns: Planned, In Progress, Done (customizable)
- Supports drag & drop, search, and filtering
- Unified view of web clips, screenshots, and reminders
- Light and Dark themes.

4. Web Clipper
- Automatically extracts title, description, and OpenGraph image.
- Allows editing and color tagging before saving to the board.

5. Screenshot Tool
- Captures the visible browser area.
- Save directly to a sticky note or as a Kanban task card.

6. Reminders System
- Set date/time reminders directly from sticky notes.
- Reminders auto-sync to the Kanban board.
- Dedicated reminders dashboard sorted by due date with links back to source pages.
