- (2015-12-02) Mohamed Mostafa: works as advertised but loses collapse state on refresh
- (2014-03-01) Rob McBride: It works fine on the first comment page. So if you go to a hacker news article, right there it works well. However, if you go to the bottom of those comments, and hit 'More' to see the rest of the comments, the extension no longer works on this next page.
- (2013-01-08) Dalius Dobravolskas: Exactly what I was looking for.
- (2012-10-16) t c: This does work, and it's very helpful. When I first installed it, it didn't seem to do anything, and after reading Stephen's comment, I was concerned. Visit a comment page that's not in your browser cache yet, and look for the little [-] to the right of the link. Example: nostromo 5 days ago | link | [-] Click here --------------------------^ That's your collapse icon.
- (2012-08-22) Miguel Gaiowski: Aha, I was about to build this out of necessity and notice someone had already done the job.
- (2012-05-31) Stephen Ogletree: This extension doesn't work. Visiting HN, I always wanted to be able to collapse a comment thread and thought this extension would let me, but it has absolutely no effect on the pages. No error messages either. It might as well not even be installed.
- (2012-05-31) Tom von Schwerdtner: Works as advertised.
