FEATURES:
— Real time replacement as content loads
— Input fields are ignored and will not have text be replaced!

EXAMPLES:
— Add content to ids: "12-345" → "12-345 #prod-server"
— Fix common typos: "teh" → "the"
— Eliminate profanity: "alcohol" → "" (no text)
— Replace acronyms with full text: "KPI" → "KPI (Key Performance Indicator)"
Additional:
— Case sensitive! Replacing "Test" will not modify text that is "test"
— Matches partials of words.
— If you try to find-and-replace "the" the replaced text may replace within "Together"
— Can add space before/after, e.g. " the " but this may have tradeoffs
— For bugs, there's preference for opening an issue in Github if possible!
