RAVA helps resolve technical calls faster and more accurately. The Rava Extension is a B2B extension to only be used by agents who are contracted by clients of RouteThis. It helps support their operations during technical calls, and provides many quality of life features, including but not limited to co-piloting during a technical call and suggesting when to use the other RouteThis products when necessary. The extension is primarily used for message delivery through push notifications from our back-end.
