Moves the Player and Continent tables to the side of the game board on large enough screens.

The vertical layout in LandGrab was designed in a vertical fashion for older, lower resolution screens. That wastes a bunch of space on newer, bigger screens though. This extension floats the Player and Continent tables to the right of the game board if the screen is large enough, where they're more convenient - no scrolling.
