- (2025-05-15) Kevin Jacobs: one of the worst extensions ever made. ever.
- (2025-05-07) Judith Kokus: Sign In functionality seems not to work any longer? While it's still possible to paste dev library manually in the launch configuration, I cannot choose via drop down because sign in constantly fails.
- (2025-04-23) Nikola Oroz: While it does serve a purpose the extension has become very unreliable. It constantly fails to recognize active scripts, loses connection to active websites and every now and then it simply forbids me to access the "Sign in" page. The UI leaves much to be desired. The most common actions require an unnecessary amount of mouse clicks, UI elements are generally too large and the way data is presented makes me feel like the extension was developed with the main purpose of torturing the user. In recent months it has also started spitting out a console error on every single page load. Leaving such a glaring annoyance untouched for so long really shows how much maintenance goes into this product.
- (2025-02-05) Ronny Ott: Works okay, but the browser console error is somewhat irritating: "Uncaught Error: Adobe Experience Platform Debugger: Store is not ready after 21 checks"
- (2025-01-16) Francesco D'Ambrosio: With the last version I get an error , showed in console: Uncaught Error: Adobe Experience Platform Debugger: Store is not ready after xx checks
- (2024-07-23) Philippe Jutras: The script injection no longer work since last update(1.6.0). In the "Experience Platform Tags" tab, i can only replace or block when there's already a script deployed. When there's no script on the page, i cannot do anyting wich is very sad. Please fix this issue, its such a nice feature.
- (2024-07-09) Arturo Santiago-Rivera: Has someone experienced issues with the Log Tool not capturing the interact network request when a new tab open? I has been experiencing it but has no fine any explanation of future fix, if any, to this.
- (2024-03-21) Sebastian Dernbach: Could you please fix the error that is always shown in the console? "Unchecked runtime.lastError: Could not establish connection. Receiving end does not exist." Looks like your event sending via ports is not working correctly.
- (2023-10-31) Alison Smith: Used to work (for analytics debugging). Now it doesn't The old Experience CLOUD debugger worked great. Then Adobe added new features (bloat) to create this new Experience Platform Debugger and now you have to scroll down, past all the unwanted detail to get to the actual data you're interested in (page name, eVars, props, etc). There's no filter or sort available, so just endless scrolling. Then (Sep 2023) they added a (unwanted) 'Jump to most recent' button and broke it completely. It currently doesn't record the page view on each new navigation and it regularly shows single characters for the variables so it is completely unusable.

- (2023-07-07) Phillip Marquez: When this extension is running, it inserts several <script> tags BEFORE the <head> tag which seems to break tags that are loaded after this happens if they are using the insertBefore() method (which most tags do). The result is half of our tags from Data Collection get loaded and the rest just silently fail. Disable the extension and they all load perfectly fine. This is unfortunate since the only thing I find useful with this extension is being able to load a specific library for testing. So I keep it around for when I absolutely need it. Then I forget it's enabled until I run into a situation where I notice a tag isn't firing. Clunky and cumbersome.

- (2021-05-18) Metroland Media: Pale comparison to the Experience Cloud Debugger Tool.... I mean it's "nice" that you decided to add in more data into the visualization, but it's mostly useless and all at the top forcing me to scroll significantly for every page to get to what I need to test... I also like that some of the bugs have been addressed from the old tool. However, the order that the parameters come through is strange, and now that you can only see content from one tab at a time (preventing proper comparison of different environments, or even testing the same environment through multiple tabs and comparing page to page - I get that they are trying to "clean up" the visualization but it's now too segmented) the tool is cumbersome and no longer suits most testing needs.... Unless this tool picks up it socks, I will continue using the old Cloud Debugger, and if this tool is still like this when the old one is deprecated I will go back to using my browser's Network panel. I would be happy to chat with the development team on my thoughts, and maybe propose more controls over what is shown and how, since I also realize that how I use the tool could be different than others so options to change the behaviour could suit everyone.

- (2021-02-08) Unfortunately doesn't even work. Do not get any events in any module, excep VisitorAPI version and Launch environment and version. No other tab gets populated with any data. Signing in works,

- (2020-11-11) Chris Rymer: Nice improvement but it does seem that Target Trace does not work. It was working in the old version and when I tried to revert to that I also couldn't turn on Trace.

- (2020-04-14) Adam Woodhouse: I love the timeline with data layer object changes alongside network requests. I struggle to get the debugger to "connect" to a website. Reloading either tab doesn't solve. It just intermittently won't work. I'm having to fall back to the old debugger but now that has issues showing custom link tracking data. Really want this connection issue solving so I can fully rely on the new debugger.

- (2020-04-10) Daniel Fetchak: Causing Javascript errors when enabled which is making a LOT of things in Chrome incredibly slow. Particularly AEM front/backends. If you guys care to fix I'll help ya work through it!

- (2020-04-01) Bijan Schlünkes: 2 stars for the design and the look of hyper-functionality. But when it comes to marketing against functionality and reliability... unfortunately as nearly always: no stars to give. Example, first start: The new tool is saying the data is going into the development-reportsuite, ALL other tools are saying the data goes to the productive one, which is correct. Reliability: zero points, no more stars and no time for beta testing. In germany we would say: setzen sechs! BTW: Screenshot saved...

- (2020-03-24) Joey Hannah: It looks much nicer. However, the network requests are not appearing at all. I'm currently using a Javascript implementation of Appmeasurement.
- (2020-03-19) Martijn Schoenmakers: The options related to tag management (replace launch or replace DTM) which I was searching currently seem to be failing, as the tag manager tabs are currently blank (and I get some "error trying to filter on undefined" messages in my console). Hopefully this is just on my laptop.. but I'm looking forward to a new version where this is fixed.

- (2020-03-19) Work C: Clear requests is an essential part of my workflow. It becomes messy to track tags otherwise. Please implement this asap. Otherwise, it works fine.

- (2020-03-05) Emma Bingham: Avid user of the experience cloud debugger and would ask some updates to this one to bring it up to 5* Both related to the analytics tab: 1. "clear requests" needs to be added - as per the cloud debugger. This gets full and slows it down. 2. This was missing on the cloud debugger also; the need to scroll right to see the latest hit is a pain point. Auto scroll to the latest hit would be ideal. Not often I need to scroll back - but forward; all the time, and hence the need to clear requests. New design with more info looks good.
