Removes those annoying paywalls and sign up portals on giant news sites, especially the ones that still make you sign up on "free" content.
By default it clears the cookies for the current domain and reloads the page, which is usually enough. Though you can turn that off and it will just delete the paywall HTML element. (Already there's a specific site that this doesn't work on, so it just deletes the paywall. There will probably be more edge cases.)
HTML element removing only works for a few big sites right now, lmk if you want other ones.
