- (2025-05-27) Mark L: The upgrades and aesthetics of this app from Gero Wallet to Gero Dashboard is impressive. However, support is still less than acceptable. I have tried their email and also the Discord where I always get 'unable to accept invite". Their support page is useless (gerowallet.io/support). Ever since the move to Gero Dashboard I am unable to CLAIM (now they call it WITHDRAW) my staking rewards. And sometimes it will not show any staked ADA at all. Here is the error I get: Error: Wallet could not send the tx. {"error":"Bad Request","message":"{\"contents\":{\"contents\":{\"contents\":{\"era\":\"ShelleyBasedEraConway\",\"error\":[\"ConwayWdrlNotDelegatedToDRep (KeyHash {unKeyHash = \\\"########################################################\\\"} :| [])\"],\"kind\":\"ShelleyTxValidationError\"},\"tag\":\"TxValidationErrorInCardanoMode\"},\"tag\":\"TxCmdTxSubmitValidationError\"},\"tag\":\"TxSubmitFail\"}","sta...". - (2024-01-23) Dan Galitzen: My go-to wallet for Cardano. I have been using it now for over a year and have waited to give my review until the team earned it. It has only gotten better over time and they have big plans for it over the long term. The best security and ease of use.. I love the swap feature and they are pioneering 'cardano shield' which will basically help protect you from getting scammed. I only wish they could get their new features out faster but this team is small but dedicated to building lasting tech so I'll try to be patient.
- (2023-06-29) Çağrı Sadık Bayram: Struggles to load the wallet balance constantly. Network is online, internet is fine, other wallet apps load the exact same wallet very quickly (just tested it) while Gero cant even show the balance or show any signs of life, just stays there empty 3 out of 5 times. I have to reset the Chrome and even then it loads the balance 1 out of 2 times. Cant sign transactions because Gero cant do its main job. When it works, it signs txs very slowly or quite late. Also struggles with dapp tx sign prompts occasionally. If you need to do a tx quickly, stay away from this one. But it has a media player, woohoo :/

Finally, I prefer GeroWallet for many reasons than Nami, but I mostly respect them for the fact that they give you the option to REstake (1 transaction instead of 2 to change pools) and the freedom to choose any pool (Nami = no REstake and no pool choice).
