works with netflix but often randomly turns off during my one-hour trial. it says i have to wait until tomorrow but i have been waiting for three days and i still cannot activate it

Hi team, I have contacted you before and still have not received a response. I have been incorrectly charged for this subscription as I cancelled within 15 minutes of having done the free trial as it did not work. I have logged into the account today and have seen that your company has reactivated by account or did not correctly deactivate my subscription. I have now read the reviews on the chrome store and have realised that other users are saying the same thing. I would like a refund for this purchase as you can see on the date that I started this free trial there is already proof that it was not working (as per the store reviews). You have responded to some of the comments saying to try the other countries Netflix and I have tried all of the countries with still nothing working. I will also be posting this on the store page to attempt to get a response from you. Regards, Anthea

very usefull extension..

bought the early premium option. tested it and didnt like the speed (many lags) 18 days now I am contacting the support to refund me my money and every time I get a "we are on it. It will be done ASAP" and nothing happens. Guys stay away they are fishy if they have such a hard time to refund money

Great extension. In the trial period the speed wasn't very good but after I passed it the speed was good and the app works perfectly. It has been 2 weeks without any issue. And the price is pretty affordable comparing another VPN app. I do recommend it

Stopped working and I pay for the subscription. It's been acting up for the past few days now it doesn't work at all..... not sure what I'm paying for, no response from their support at all
