- (2024-10-22) Kyumi Plip: The added premium exclusive features didn't work for me on my pc once I upgraded to premium. So I canceled the premium subscription and tried to contact for a refund by email only to never get a response nor a refund. Product works fine if you didn't pay for it for whatever reason

- (2024-09-26) Poppy Groves: Can someone help me understand why my tweet impressions are showing as 0, when this is not the case? Other stats are showing fine and reflecting correctly eg: shares, likes, replies.
- (2024-08-29) Zaid: What I love about SuperX is the ability to see anyone’s all time best posts. It helps me assess who is worth following because if your top post is “Mac or PC?” I’m not following 😂 The customer service is also 10/10 because there’s a built in feedback feature that goes directly to the founder. And he is amazing at both the speed he responds and the speed he ships.

- (2024-06-21) meme_ f4rmer: I believe it will be helpful based on what I've seen. The reason for this review, despite the lack of testing, is to highlight to @Hieu C. Nguyen the need to update the description. If you use 'X (Twitter)' to describe it without mentioning the importance of having the correct URL or the option to use the platform through X.com or twitter.com (this was news to me tbh), you might end up with many frustrated users leaving negative reviews when they find the add-on isn't functioning. Honestly, if I hadn't seen that reply you provided, I wouldn't have known about it. Additionally, after adding it to Brave (I was on X.com), to activate/use it I had to refresh the page; some users expect it to work immediately like other add-ons. There's no harm in mentioning that as well.
