Legacy Uniprot Redirect

Uniprot.org has recently defaulted users to its new website design. As of release of this extension, the legacy version still exists as a subdomain (legacy.uniprot.org), but it can only be accessible from the https://uniprot.org homepage, which can be inconvienent as there is no option to use the legacy subdomain by default.
This extension redirects users who land on uniprot.org pages to the legacy version when applicable. Currently, the extension supports two main entry points: the home page and protein entry pages. Other uniprot pages will not redirect the user to the legacy version. Future updates may try to improve this behavior, but it will be impossible for there to be a 1:1 correspondence between the new uniprot.org page and the legacy version.
