Extension to automate new patient registration for Physicians at DocMJ. New orders get auto-completed and the physician only has to click submit. Also makes it easy to register new patients with the click of a button by capturing patient information from a nearby open intakeQ tab and pasting everything into appropriate fields.
Intended to be used by the doctors and assistants at DOCMJ to help with inputting patient information into the Texas department of health registry.
