Durl is a DataURL Conversion Tool.
Basically... Turn files into Base64 strings that can be loaded as URLs from your Browser or HTML Page. Basically a big long URL of data that can work as a "file reference" offline, but its not recommended for that purpose, just an example of what it can do.
In v2.0.0 Ive included a new DataURL > File Tool. So now you can convert Files to DataURLs, and also convert them back to Files - WARNING: This is experimental. Saving files from plain DataURLs doesnt always give a ton of insight into the file extension or name, so it doesnt function as hoped.
DataURL > File Converter will hopefully be finished in the next update.
