DO NOT PURCHASE. This company has absolutely terrible customer service and also very misleading and false advertising. I purchased the VIP package and after realizing it didn't include router support, I upgraded to the SVIP. However it also didn't work for my router so I requested a refund. According to their main page they have a 15 day 100% money back guarantee, however they have refused to refund me. Apparently the SVIP package can't be refunded, however also according to the FAQ i should never have been able to purchase the SVIP without an invite, or upgrade the VIP package to the SVIP at all. I have sent multiple support tickets, but their customer service has refused to provide an adequate response or refund and also refuses to help see if they can solve my problem. They have actually blamed me even though they have such misleading and conflicting information on their website. I warn everyone against purchasing or using this app.
