- The extension looks really promising. I've been in a search for an intuitive tab manager for almost 3 years which wouldn't require $10 subscription a month and I can say this one is the simplest and closest so far to tabOS which I think is the most intuitive and easy to use (because they basically recreated Finder/Explorer interaction but for tabs) but as I said its subscription model and recent useless AI whistles and bells made me quit it. The existing famous tab managers are all trash, I tried all of them (Toby, TabXpert, Workona etc. the list goes beyond 30 maybe). I tried some unknown ones as well as from time to time I filter extensions by 5-star ratings so I could see some new ones because Chrome's web store UX is so amazing that you can't even sort extensions out by recent. That's how I also found this extension. Some of my user feedback and as UI/UX designer for this extension: • Never ever steal my new tab, please, I beg you. If needed I can bookmark the extension's address link or set it up in browser's setting to open it in a new tab (I just found you can turn it off, wish it wasn't set by default). • Make selection of tabs with cursor instead of clicking on each one of them in multiple select mode. • Make tabs draggable between the spaces. • (Optional) Add an option to open tabs in a snoozed state rather than making the browser unresponsive if you open more than 50+ tabs. • (Optional) Make option to sync using Google Drive. I see there are some syncing options using Github but it looks like it's more for tech-savvy users. In any case if I don't see the updates for this extension I'll definitely be using it as a base and adding these features myself using AI coding tools (I'll be using it for myself). Although I hope the developer updates this simple and great extension.
