- be careful this company is totally scam. Do not click anything on their website 'cause you might end up paying something you'd never asked for later (it could take months to show up on your bill) and you will have a hard time to try to reach them. I just have my credit card company permanently blocked Animoto.

- I just renewed my yearly subscription after not using the site for a year or so. I can no longer access any of my old videos in Explorer, Chrome or Firefox and customer support has been absolutely terrible. They did offer me 3 free months which would be acceptable if the site was actually working. I asked for a refund since the site is no longer working for me. Can't get a response now. If you're going to test out the site, do not pay for a yearly subscription until you know it's going to work for you.
