- It works FINE. Even though it shows up as grey in the extensions tab, if you reload Discord and go to settings, Vencord will be there. I was confused for a minute, too, but come on, people.

- This displays as grayed out in the extensions menu, but it is currently working for me regardless. Check your discord settings and if you see Vencord then it's loaded!

- Any "bugs" you experience from this extension is Discord's fault, for their terrible UI and updates, Vencord has to update to keep up with it. Then Chrome ultimately takes forever updating it. Also discord has never punished someone for using this.

- I enjoy using this extension a lot, but I wish the people on the support server were a little more responsive. I understand they probably get a lot of ultimately fruitless help requests from users who don't know what they're doing or understand how to fix their problems unless they're given a tutorial, but I'm having issues with the favorites GIF search bar plugin becoming unusable (as in the search bar isn't showing up at all) and I got no response after roughly 24 hours. Someone else mentioned having this problem roughly a month ago (8/3/25) and the response to them implied there was information on a fix in a forum channel I was unable to find upon searching for them myself. I just wanted to know if there was a fix planned and if I should wait for Chrome to approve the update like the last few times I've had plugins break on me or if the fix is CSS-related since Discord seems to have intentionally broken this specific plugin by adding a title bar where the search bar is when you have the plugin turned off.

- a really good plugin!! i love how ur able to clone emojis you like into your server, , have fake nitro, everything is really good about this plugin! i dont see anything wrong with it and it is safe to download and i recommend ^^

- is great, but I wish there was some more things, like Seeing someones TRUE discord statues, not just seeing them be invisible, you COULD see them online or something. or exceed the character limit. or even change your account creation date for others too see. this would be cool in theory, but I don't think any are actually possible so it should get a 5 star, but I think it should get some more updates

- I installed this extension based on the promise that I would receive a $50 Steam gift card after completing certain tasks. After following all the steps and fulfilling the requirements, I never received the reward. I reached out for support but received no meaningful response or resolution. This feels misleading and dishonest. If you're promoting incentives like a $50 gift card, you need to deliver on that promise. Otherwise, it's just a bait-and-switch tactic to gain users or data. I would strongly caution others against using this extension if you're expecting the advertised reward — you may never see it. Hopefully, this issue is addressed, and others don’t have the same experience.

- i love this very much, its got so many features that i deem useful, but recently its been crashing whenever i open the settings, plugins from vencord i already had toggled still works, but now it wont let me open the settings, so i cant change any of the settings or plugins for now, if you fix this issue, it will be appreciated, thanks! Edit: It now works properly! Edit 2: Discord stopped working entirely, the page doesnt even load, in the meantime, disabling the extension gets it working again, i hope you can fix this one too, i love that i have my discord with it :D Edit 3: Updated the extension just now, its working againnn, thanksssss <3 Edit 4 (May 30, 2025): There seems to be a new issue regarding viewing reactions, it crashes discord whenever it happens but reloads, thus making it a bit inconvenient... i hope this gets fixed soon, thankssss Edit 5: Just turn off the function where you can view the profile icons of those who reacted, dc wont reload with this

- this is of-course an amazing mod,just one thing whatever i do i CANNOT put a banner and sometimes the plugins also don't work either mostly it does nothing at aall auctally.but other then that fake nitro works just dont put any emojis in ur text and put it after and most stuff turn into GIFs

- Vencord isn't working because google has not updated it. It is not a bad client, it is Google being slow. Go to the Vencord support server and find the problem before saying it sucks

- Just randomly started making discord not load, and keeps it as a white screen whenever I load it. I know it's vencord because when I removed it. Discord worked normally again.

- The devs are NOT lazy. It takes Google some time to approve extension updates. Good extension, would recommend. If something's broken and you want immediate access to Discord back, use the Vencord installer or Vesktop.

- Devs are lazy and take to long to update the tool even when its broken you will spend weeks without a working extension Even when the update isn't hard to fix and other services like betterdiscord don't face such issues
