- As of April 8, 2026, only 67 people have installed this extension, according to the count on this Chrome Web Store page. This is a great little extension that reliably does exactly what it says it will do --- that is, it tells you when one of your installed Chrome browser extensions is updated (along with several additional useful details). You'd think that the Chrome Web Store would contain a boatload of other extensions that could perform this same relatively straightforward task, but ... I've tried many other Chrome extensions that purported to be "extension update notifiers", and none (that's right, none!) of them ever worked. Give this little guy a try. (NOTE: I am not affiliated in any way with the extension's developer; I just think it's a terrific extension that's been under-sampled by the Chrome community.)

- Absolutely awesome! I was looking for a replacement for the old extension update notifier that is now disabled due to MV3, but this is more than a mere replacement.
