• (2025-01-03) Arun Antony: Just wanted to share that while this extension no longer supports YouTube note-taking (as of my recent use), I discovered an alternative that might help others with the same need. I switched to Gistr.so and have found it quite useful for taking notes while watching videos. Their app interface is straightforward, but they do not currently have a Chrome extension to work on YouTube. Hope this helps anyone looking for a similar solution!

• (2023-05-31) Ildiko Herpai: This made my life worse, when it was already bad. I'm not too sure what's the logic behind the extension logging me out when I click on a video to see the notes that I made previously, and on the new tab it asks me to login again. My brother in Christ, I got here because of YOU the first place, why are you logging me out? We held hands not 2 seconds ago... This wouldn't be an issue, however it takes ageeeeeees to do so. Also, you can't see your notes as a bulk, you individually have to re-open the video, the note editing is criminal, I just lost 5 years from my life expectancy by using this. Be better, be smarter use another app.

• (2022-05-26) 310 jcan: I settled Transnote as my tImestamp tool. There are many other extensions, but this is what I was looking for. Reason why I love this; 1. You can take a timestamp when you see video on fullscreen. When you use Youtube, Transnote icon is always overlayed on the screen(you can turn it off), so you can make a stamp seeing fullscreen. 2. Simple UI Design is so simple and good Interface so that you can see how to use it directly. 3. Tag feature you can see only what you want when you make tags in timestamp. 4. Sharing(not now) You can share your timestamp with others in the future.(I will be updated) --- So I recommend this good extension!
