Randomly replaces Youtube links with links to Never Gonna Give You Up (Rickroll)

Excellent extension to prank your friends (or enemies) with! As default it replaces 20% of Youtube links with a link to Rick Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up". The frequency is adjustable from 0-100% (in 0.1% increments) so you can turn it completely off or replace all Youtube links or anything in between.
You can also change the URL, so you don't necessarily have to direct even to Youtube, you can make Youtube links go anywhere.
Changelog:
0.13: Increased sensitivity to 0.1% (range is 0-1000) to cater for those who want it to *really* be a surprise.
