1. Install and add the extension to Chrome.
2. Whenever you want to open a closed tab, click on the toolbar popup.
3. Choose the commands: open a desired tab, open all closed tabs.

Undo Closed Tabs Button is an extension to allow users to reopen closed tabs via the toolbar popup.
