It lets the user save a URL by typing it in the address and clicking the SAVE INPUT button. It also lets the user save the address of the current tab in the active browser window with the SAVE TAB button. Another note, by double clicking the DELETE ALL button all the data will be deleted.
The intended user is someone who wants to quickly gather URLs for future reference.

With just one click and you are directly into the website.
