COACH is a free web extension built by Dropzone AI to guide junior security analysts through investigations. It explains alerts and helps analysts to think through the investigative process.
▣ Who is COACH for? ▣
COACH is primarily designed to help junior analysts, supplementing their human mentor relationships. But more senior analysts can also use COACH to get ideas during investigations.
▣ What technology is on the backend? ▣
COACH uses Dropzone AI technology to understand security alerts, create hypotheses about why they fired, and generate investigative questions according to standard methodology. The Dropzone AI commercial product does this automatically at the beginning of every investigation—but we realized this capability could be a game-changer as a standalone tool for any analyst, investigating any alert.
▣ Is my data safe? ▣
