- I have a few problems with this app: 1. Its a trial, which should have been said BEFORE download and use. You don't actually know its a trial until you are in the app and look up at the Upgrade button and next to it is ## days left. 2. The prices to "upgrade" are insane. Paying a minimum of $14/mo IF you pay for a year sub. None of the subs I have are anywhere near that high, nor would I pay for that with such a simple app. 3. If you link anything to the sheet and title it, you can't change the title after it's saved. You have to delete the entire link and re-save it to change the title. 4. Most of the templates look identical to each other, I don't mean aesthetic wise either. From one template to another, nothing is actually different between them. A lot of them are cookie cutter the same but named differently, which is a rip off in my opinion.

- VERY poor value for the cost! I was wildly disappointed with the fact that it is subscription based. I would buy it if it had been a one time purchase. Won't be using this to manage projects.

- Cannot assign multiple people to a single task with variable % time allocations. Worse, the lack of functionality has been highlighted for the past 2 years and nothing has moved forward on it.

- We recently started using SmartSheet and so far find it useful for our level of projects. We have been satisfied with its functionality and options, although the price point is a little high. Overall, it meets our expectations.

- Smartsheet instantly helped me put Portfolio level tracking in place with an easy-to-use interface as we shifted tracking from excel/.mpp. One item I struggle with is the quality of views of SIGHTS on IOS. Whenever I go into my Smartsheet App, my Sights look awful/do not convert well to mobile which in today's world is where most of my stakeholders would want to view them. I'm hoping that either 1) I'm overlooking a setting somewhere that Smartsheet can help me with or 2) Smartsheet is able to make adjustments in the near future to improve presentability of this feature

- I was introduced to Smartsheets by a supplier that is based in Canada. Our organisation is in South Africa. We now use Smartsheets to collaborate on our project specific tasks with this supplier. The comment field is incredibly useful as you can copy email responses against a task. The additional function of being able to add attachements to line items is also great.

- New to Project Management software, I am loving the ease of use, support documentation and short videos. So far, very powerful and full of great features. A small fee per month per user, considering the power and collaborative functionality of the software.. Highly recommend. Not just for project management, but for sales,merchandising and general task management too. Love it.

- Been using trello as our team tools for todos for a couple of years we been fine. But for a big waterfall type project we needed something more advanced. Back in time I used Microsoft Project - and was looking for something the similar. Smartsheet seemed to be good. And it turned out to be fantastic. I am impressed what the have created in a web interface. And even better their trail terms are really fair and good. Highly recommended for serious project management.

- overpriced stopped my trial, not heard from since not many sheets for price this really ... really sucks to be honest good concept, another company would eat this package alive if they got the marketing right but i think the developers are either over 50yrs old or just plain arrogant to not offer more than 15 sheets for the personal sub.

- Installed it, thought it might be useful in the future and unsubscribed through an option in the app in order to come back to discover more when I need it, I even chose the option, that I will come back later. Now, I need it, I installed it again and the trial version is not available anymore... so I can't even test. Thanks! a well deserved star

- All tools in one. Kandan, normal Excel lists, interactive forms, Gantt charts, even online forms. No tool is perfect per se, you need to learn to work with it, but this is an excellent way to organize work for me and for my small team.

- Love the flexibility of the Smartsheet product - especially the ToDo and Gannt Charts. Only thing I am not happy about is the fact that i can only have ten sheets - I think it would be wiser to expand that to at least 20. My goal is to get my company more interested and use this within the company - and hard for them to spend double the cost to have the service of what my subscription is. We are a small business - and while this helps crosslevel integrate schedules and projects....it is somewhat expense for getting 3 or more individuals for subscription.

- GREAT product! Easy to use. Intuitive and most importantly, its affordable. Pricing: The price is right for a single subscription license. The next tier, seems to fit a budget as long as there is maximum utility. Perhaps more gadgets or features would enhance the product and make it more attractive. User X. Well done, works well on Chrome. I have completed 4 complex technology projects with multimillion dollar budget across industries with no issues. Non-experienced users, loved it! Worth IT

- I wanted a PM software that was not too complex so that my team could access and understand it. Smartsheet has surpassed my expectations. Not only does it allow me to customize my projects in a way the team understands it also had some templates that I din't expect that will enable me to drop a few other softwares. After 2 months I am loving it.
