Adds some enhancements to the cryptocurrency site CoinMarketCap.com
**PLEASE NOTE**: Now that CMC has stepped up their game and added most of the important features I originally wanted by making this extension, it has essentially completed its purpose and will no longer be maintained. Thanks everyone :)
An extension with a few small enhancements to CoinMarketCap.com which add a night theme, inline charts, volume-to-marketcap ratio column, auto-refresh timer, TradingView link, removes ads, and expands the main table to fill the entire window.

Awsome extension. However, when I use the filtering over here https://coinmarketcap.com/all/views/all/, it does not work. I hope you can fix it.

would appreciate if you could add the date for each coin added to the website. This makes it easy to identify the newly introduced coins from others. If possible add filter button on each column to filter out unwanted coins with their current stats(like:coinmarketcapfilter.com)

Overall it's decent, does the job. But limited to the fact you can only display 5 currencies at a time. Would be nice to monitor 10-15 coins.
