The info on the web gives vague information and does not include any links to download whatever program I need to make this thing work. You can't just open the extension or log on to a web page to set up the system. I found this device listed as a wireless system but there's no way to connect to it. I'm now 3 hours into screwing around with a Windows 10 laptop and a Fire tablet, and get anything to work.
