Get started with an industry-standard 12-word backup phrase that is portable to and from other wallets. Sensitive information like your backup phrase and private keys are never stored anywhere but your device. Jaxx Liberty is a non-custodial wallet, which means you own the keys. You're in control. We can’t even access them.
To further protect your data, we took extra security measures by encrypting core wallet data using bank grade encryption (AES-256 encryption enhanced by 5000 rounds of pbkdf2 password hashing) after you set a password.

- SCAM DO NOT USE You will be able to put money on this wallet, but impossible to send money to other accounts. So they keep your money and you're not able to take it back. Scam is the best word to describe. Get another wallet with better support.

- I have still got a unfinished query related to my JAXX wallet being Hacked a year ago and the response was sorry we take no responsibility for it being hacked...This is unacceptable and as stated may not be a lot of money to you but it is savings and does affect the normal person...I have emailed again today I hope I get a response and this matter can be resolved.

- Mi experiencia con Jaxx fue buena hasta el dia de hoy.... tenia mas de 6 ETH ($10.000) y cuando hoy me pongo a revisar como va mis ETH que tengo veo que tengo $0. el 24 de Enero jackearon mi cuenta y me lo robaron todo. Cuando escribo a soporte simplemente te mandan un correo diciendo en pocas palabras que ellos no se pueden hacer responsables. My experience with Jaxx was good until today ... I had more than 6 ETH ($ 10,000) and when I start to check today how my ETH is going, I see that I have $ 0. On January 24, they hacked my account and stole everything from me. When I write to support they just send you an email saying in a few words that they cannot be held responsible.

- Jaxx was a convenient wallet, until they suddenly decided they need to 'require permission to read my browsing history' without any notice or reason given. I hate this enforced privacy invasion and so have deleted the extension in favour of a proper privacy focused wallet like exodus / ledger

- My money disappeared for the longest time (2 days) and was unable to find it. Contacted support and they got back to me in a timely manner and it turns out all I had to do was refresh the coin.

Achtung: viele Scammer täuschen vor der Jaxx Support zu sein und versuchen einen dazu zu bewegen deinen Seed herauszugeben. Niemals den Seed herausgeben und immer prüfen ob man sich auf der offiziellen Seite befindet, bzw mit dem offiziellen Support Channel in Kontakt ist.

- It does everything I need it to do. Chrome extension + Android app works great. I have processed transactions using the app and have had nothing but a great experience each and every time. I don't understand why / how there is so much shade being thrown in the reviews.
