Since some version of chrome, default New-tab page had changed.
This extension bring the default New-tab page back to chrome-apps page.

Nissan Ahmed 2018-02-03: Recommended over any other similar extension. Every extension kept running in background using ~20 MB RAM all the time for this simple redirection, which makes no sense. This extension is open source and never run in the background. 👍
