Do your standups take too long? Are certain team members monopolizing the morning standup? Or do some members refuse to provide any information at all? Use STORM to track speaker time allotments and current speaker duration to help keep standups on task.
Provides multiple methods of organizing meeting flow. From direct ordering for those that always prefer to color inside the lines to randomized "popcorn" ordering, even hybridized role ordering with randomization between role members.
The big colorful dial in the Chrome side bar is perfect for Zoom and Teams meetings where focus may be on a main page (for example Jira, or your sprint tracking software du jure). The bold color changes catch the attention of speakers even on small screens. Also, if you are using Jira Cloud, and the speaker names match your Jira names, the time highlights stories assigned to the present speaker.
Designed with scrum masters in mind, you can configure multiple meeting formats for multiple teams. It is great to use any where you want to keep the meeting flowing and have a visual track record of speaker time usage.
Free to use. MIT license. Source available upon request (public github repository in the works).
