How Discord File Downloader works (technical overview)
The extension runs directly on Discord Web. A content script detects your session locally so Discord File Downloader can request messages and attachment URLs from the selected channel. The background service worker then scans messages in your chosen time window, applies your file filters, and triggers downloads for matching attachments.
