Image from store Mutable - Customizable Content Filtering
Description from store Take control of the websites you browse every day and eliminate the content you don't want to see! Mutable helps you mute unwanted content across multiple sites at once. Just pick the keywords you want to hide and Mutable will blur, hide, or replace any posts it finds containing those terms! Features: - Control what you see (and what you don't) across multiple social media sites at once! - Create keyword mute lists that work across Twitter/X, Facebook, Reddit, and more! - Choose between blurring out posts, blurring with a preview, or hiding them altogether - You can even replace posts with cute images of kittens, puppies, or hedgehogs for that additional serotonin! Mutable is still being developed and I would love to hear from you. For questions, comments, or concerns, feel free to reach out!

  • (2024-04-29) tutu mew: So grateful for this, twitters hide or mute words function is absolutely useless, even when I click not interested, block accounts, click hidden, mute tags and key words, I STILL see words coming from the type of content that I don't want to see, I open twitter and for 1 second the first thing on my timeline is a gorevid, or absolutely atrocious things, when I search on any tag for some apparent reason douche bags like to always reply to random posts or add random tags that are trending with their spam botted posts, uploading gore, nsfw, or traumatizing videos to random tweets, on their app and nobody does anything about it. But yet this, literally this has literally eradicated all of that, no more, I can't thank you guys enough, both for saving my sanity from this, I no longer see these things and the moment anything similar pops up it just blips out, one of if not the greatest extensions on this, please keep this on the app, I love you guys, keep doing what you guys do.
  • (2024-04-25) Apollo Ota: Man thank you so much.. I genuinely want to thank you for this. Please keep this up
  • (2023-11-20) Gabriel Flores: can you add a category for Threads app? I want to filter/mute words on Threads but don't want to choose any website. Ideally, there could be a list of url domains too
  • (2023-10-03) Juergen Nehrlich: Great idea! I hope it works. I'd love to see Gmail support, maybe even a Gmail add-on, because e-mail newsletters are my biggest problem. Thanks for sure!

  • (2023-08-22) Miranda: I really appreciate how customizable this extension is, and that it works across multiple platforms. The aesthetic is also great- love the 90s look! I personally have the hedgehog setting on and never realized how much certain terms show up on my feeds. Now instead of being stressed by the tenth tweet in a row about something I can see a cute hedgehog (and easily choose to engage with the content if I want to). Highly recommend!
