With the help of Vitra.ai's extention you can translate and transliterate chat support system in Freshchat to 75+ languages.
To use the extension effectively follow these simple steps.
Simply click on the extension, select the source language, target language and whether you want the English transcript or not.
To see the translation of the message sent to you click on (translate button).
To translate your replies , after writing down your message just click on (vitra translate button) and Voilà you are good to go!
