- The extension is weird, there is no feedback after any purchase. It's missing email confirmation, total cashback, next steps, receipts, an pretty much everything. Now it's just a pretty popup. The UX needs to be reviewed.

- I made a large qualifying purchase and after 3 weeks I haven't received my cash back. Not sure if this extension is working properly.

- I got an email from RBC to add this extension to receive free points. I installed extension. Then had to log in to points. HOWEVER, can not pass the first page, to redeem points. On 3 different web browsers, its like they fool you, get you to get the app, then dont allow you to actually accept the conditions to get the bonus points. Stuck. Of course there is no one to contact and talk to about this issue. Well done...
