• (2025-06-23) Dennis Bareis: I can't believe I can't rate sites via the extension! And when you click the link it doesn't open in a new tab but takes you away from the site! They need to do something about the complaints bias, it makes the ratings meaningless and that is why I am uninstalling it. I don't trust TrustPilot rating (they used to be useful years ago).

• (2025-06-13) Rafael The Great: Hey! It is a great place to write reviews. Although the problem is many of the ratings are very low. Almost all are between 1 stars to 3 stars, even the legendary companies like Google, Microsoft, and Amazon.
• (2025-06-11) Dindi Dog Rescue Coordinator Admin: The irony of having the review being about Facebook with a 1.5red big BAD, on their own platform. I think the concept is probably very useful but so far nothing comes up and it has just gotten in the way of me trying to select things on a drop menu on laptop for the chat settings. Perhaps having it be movable to up or down if its interfering with anything. It would sure save a lot of people a lot of angst with these dodgy businesses advertising on Facebook who clearly dont vet their legitimacy because they're paying and thats all that matters.
• (2025-06-07) Not Ur buisness: The extension works as It should, which is good. Although almost every website/company I go to has a rating of less than 4 or 3 stars, I find that more of the ratings fault. However, I've seen a case where a company with only two ratings, both being one star, had an overall rating of 2.9 stars. Unless if Trustpilot has their own method of averaging ratings, this is heavily inaccurate.
• (2025-06-03) j c: Really needs a way to toggle showing the rating under every site on google search results. Really painful when doing clicking "More results from <website>" as it shows the same rating under every link.
• (2025-05-29) Sodbury House: I love it, just in the right place at the right time and, as always, reasonably accurate results for most web sites that you may come across for the first time, especially when parting with hard earned cash ! ! ! :-)

Sometimes the reviews in the corner of websites can be annoying but you are able to hide those. What would be nice though is if you hide the rating on a websites page, it would also hide it the page's link when scrolling through a google search, but other than that the extension works well and as advertised.

• (2025-04-02) Seppo Halminen: You have a major issue on compiling an average ratings to sales platforms(Ebay etc). I mostly agee with Dima´s earlier review comments, as I came in here from Ebay.de site which has Trustpilot rating of 1.2, which I did not believe. I read written comments to that rating which clearly were from disappointed customers about individual sellers of their purchases, not about Ebay.de. However, same negative comments remained even I moved to other Ebay sellers, all of them having +90% ratings. My conclution, Trustpilot rating 1.2 to Ebay.de is not reflecting the reality. To my view Truspilot in general is important but this kind of "process bugs" undermine my trust to Trustpilot.

• (2025-03-10) Dima Korobskiy: The extension works fine, and does what it is supposed to do. It's Trustpilot.com ratings themselves that seem to have giant issues. I checked Amazon.com, The Home Depot, Target, and Walmart and they all had ratings of 1.5-1.6 out of 5. It's either a result of gigantic negative bias or somebody is gaming the system to beat the ratings down. As a user, you simply can't rely on these ratings at all if reputable sellers have such low/skewed ratings.
• (2025-03-03) Justin Bailey: Trustpilot has been an internet cornerstone for years. Having a Trustpilot extension to add to your browsing experience is gold! Like every product there are pros and cons. The Trustpilot brand itself is enough to push the rating spectrum higher given the company's track record as a website so let's address the few cons with the extension: - The star (rating) is limited in where it can be placed and can sometimes get in the way (perhaps just having the number embedded in the taskbar with the star would be a better alternative) - When expanding the profile to read more, click on "view on trust pilot" take you there from that same browser window (for me personally, a new tab, as I'm not a favor of new windows, would be a better alternative as I typically end up having to use the back button or other means to navigate back to the original site. This is purely a preference.) - Unable to leave a review directly from the extension (I understand the development of this would be extremely cumbersome and could potentially lead to the extension harvesting more resources from your browser so while it's a good thought, it may not be in the best interest). Overall the extension is valuable enough to me that it will remain on my browser for the foreseeable future. Thank you Trustpilot!

First all my contabo reviews disabled then re-enablement on all after showed proofs but no verified badge and I complain and as I said they retaliated redisabled all my contabo reviews. Then Feb 20th 2025 I respond to bbb.org complaint by providing them a ticket number and rather than to my complaint restore all my contabo reviews or give verify badge to any, rather, know what they did?, trustpilot retaliated again but this time disabled my other reviews, of sav.com, now those even off of trustpilot as of Feb 21st 2025 I got 4 emails of that and clear meritless retaliation! And compound matters account not log-in-able into! Beware everyone be very very aware, could happen to your reviews and account lockout too, all your efforts go for nothing with nothing to show for!!

Say if you clicked on a promo link that leads you to the offer page of the site, it will see it as a new site, not as the as the site itself. Other than that it's useable but I'll open a separate page and go from there.

• (2025-02-05) JBR: This Trustpilot extension is very helpful and saves time in opening Trustpilot and searching for the advertising company's name. Thank you. I really can't understand why a few people complain about this facility. It gives an immediate indication of the trustworthiness (or otherwise) of an advertising company. If you dislike that, why not click it and have a look at the genuine (presumably most of them, as I suspect that the manufacturers may add their own!) comments.
