Redirects Google Lens to the normal image results

This extension bypasses "Google Lens" results and takes you to the normal image results like how it used to be.
It also adds a "Search Google for image" context menu item that will open the image results in a new tab.
Post-installation instructions for manually removing the old "Search image with Google Lens" context menu item (the one that opens results in the Side Bar) can be found at https://github.com/fanfare/disablegooglelens/blob/master/CHROME.md

- It has been doing the job flawlessly until today. Now it stopped working. The horrible Google Lens is back! I stopped using Google already and may only consider using it again if there is a solution to get rid of the doomed Google lens.

- Still works as of 12/20/2024 and is one of the best chrome extensions to ever exist. Better question is why does Google keep ####### #### up, for gods sake leave stuff how it is. But for now. Im happy that it still works (always have since I added it a few years ago) again, no clue what the people below me are talking about, skill issue.

- just installed, giving this 5 stars so google maybe gets the memo we want a setting in chrome://settings to just disable Lens entirely and use the existing search-for-image functionality. but also honestly I felt such a strong rush of relief when I installed this and it did what it says on the tin

- Worked for me as on 21st June 2024. I opened image and right click to search using this extension in chrome.

- I have it installed on Microsoft Edge and it's working perfectly for me as of 8th June 2024 👍. I have this extension along with the "Search by Image" extension and it works just fine for me.
