- (2019-08-09) Michael Stephenson (mybsides): Nice app. I too will use this as a replacement for the Drive Notepad app. Having issue with multiple Google accounts logged in during a single browser session. Only the first account was able to authorize the app, the other accounts just show a blank screen with no pop-up to auth and therefore cannot be used at all.
- (2019-07-12) AlanGill Lawrence: I also wanted a simple replacement for Drive Notepad when it stopped working with an 'authorization required' error. Commanditor does this well. However, it is irritating that it won't open files unless they have a Google file type of 'text' and an extension that Commanditor recognises, e.g. '.txt'. The work around is to ensure files are uploaded with a .txt extension to get the file type 'text'. Files can then be renamed as required. But to edit the file one must rename the file to re-add the '.txt' extension! If there is a better way, please advise ;-)
