- It counts all the words in a document, but I need to count the words in a highlighted paragraph.

- characteristics: minimalistic, unobtrusive, simple — great overall !!! very good extension, helps me a lot whenever im writing because i get curious and also need to check how much words im inputting into a doc :) i wish that it was automatic though.. still a great extension however since it pulls you back to reality when you get too deep into writing. hoping for it to be automatic if this ever gets updated..

- tbh it keeps saying zero on mine but maybe it because of something else i have open haha btw thannks Sparsh Banerjee, i didn't know ctrl+shift+c was a thing before

- It works! Automatically displays my word count. The box isn't that big, it's not intrusive. It is a little bright, but honestly, it just reminds me to look at so I meet the word count on my college essays. 👍 The only issue I have with it is that you have to refresh it manually. It needs to be automatic.

- It definitely works, but it shows up in a massive blue box at the bottom of my screen. Its easier to just do ctrl+shift+c every time I open docs.

- Actually works. Checked it and it works in Chrome, Opera GX, and Brave. Nice job creator, you created a functioning tool that's helpful. The blue color is a little distracting though, perhaps make is transparent?
