Hey there!
This is MiniTAP: a fun sequencer for The Web that runs as a browser extension.
It’s controlled with your keyboard and sends events to the current tab using postMessage, so you can use it in creative ways with web technologies. For example, you can control live visuals, trigger sounds, or send midi messages. It features advanced clock features, so it’s possible to synchronise to live music.
Features:
- 8 customisable channels. Each channel has 3 modes: sequencer, keystroke and random.
- Use however you want. It sends post messages to the current page.
- Works with your keyboard. The key bindings are designed for fun live usage.
- Advanced tempo controls. Easy to synchronise with live music using the ‘tap temp’ feature.
Go build something fun!
