Twitch Adblock blocks ads on Twitch by switching to an ad-free version of the stream at 480p during the ad-time and automatically switches back to the original video quality after the ad-time is over. This is 100% done locally, no proxies/VPNs or 3rd party scripts/websites are being used. This extension does not collect/share any of your personal information and the code is public.
It is recommended to use this extension along with UBlock Origin.

- Doesn't work like it's supposed to anymore. The ad is replaced with the "Commercial break in progress" screen now instead of the 480p version of the stream.

- I wish it worked around Twitches new aggressive anti-adblock integrations. I hope there is something that can be done to counter this someday soon by the talented people who develop extensions like this. 😁

- This is a great extension to block ads on Twitch. Until today. As of 8/22/2022 the extension has stopped blocking ads. A video comes up saying that the creator is taking a commercial break and it runs for about 30 seconds. If this ever gets fixed I will be more than happy to recommend this extension again.

- I used this for close to a year, then it stopped working just a few months ago, as the other comment said.... It's working fine for me now though. Not sure why since the repo hasn't been updated. May have been something in an Edge update... All good now. This is the only one that actually works!

- Currently broken. I love this extension, because AdblockPlus does not work on Twitch, and this does (did, but currently broken).
