How to remove our extension from Chrome browser:

I have no idea or how to determine if "safe browsing" is helping me or hurting me? Can anyone tell me what I should be looking for? Safe sounds good, but it's just a title to me. What are the signs of unsafe browsing. Chrome has always been good for me, so I added the extension.
I don't exactly know what it is supposed to do, that is the reason for the 3 stars. Personally, I did not notice a difference from before. If someone explain me the number of stars may very well improve, thanks.

When I made a mistake then I clicked on edit there was no way presented. So I started over ,then found I had two on my cart. When I hit one of five numbers on the screen I found three on my cart!!!
