Not working on claude! & the workflow still requires too much manual intervention. Three additions would make it seamless: 1. Scrollbar indicators Show bookmarks as markers on the scrollbar. Clicking a marker jumps directly to that bookmark — no need to open a list or menu. 2. Keyboard-first bookmark creation When creating a bookmark via keyboard, auto-name it using the page/tab title + an incrementing number. Manual naming breaks flow — auto-naming keeps hands off the mouse entirely. 3. Bookmark overview + cycling key Two keys needed: One that shows an overview of all active bookmarks and their assigned keys One that cycles through bookmarks in reverse-chronological order (most recent → oldest)

Pretty neat to keep the reading going while "highlighting" (aka bookmarking) passages / ideas. Unfortunately the "jumping" to a book marked paragraph in a ChatGTP browser (Chrome) window doesn't happen yet. Those conversations can become long and seem - for now - only Search-able using the browser's Search function. "Mark Scroll Positions" can be helpful here but merely as a notepad containing an exact bit of text. One can next use MSP to remember what the browser's Search (Ctr+F) needs to find: your text fragment on the page. On other webpages the extension works amazingly well. It helps to distil on the spot ideas expressed in long texts. A keeper this extension.

Finally! I scroll position bookmarking tool that actually works in Chrome based browsers! I tried many different extensions, and they have been unreliable. This one is not only reliable, it's full-featured. More than I could ask for. It'll let you name individual scroll positions. Rearrange their ordering. Even launch a web page laying out what scroll positions you've marked on different web pages and get back to those with a click. Wonderful to see such thoughtful extensions being written. As a developer myself, I really appreciate the quality here. I'm using it in the Arc browser, and it works like a dream. Thank you, Ugur!
