⚙️How it works
For QuickBooks Online admins:
1. Install the SignNow app.
2. Select Apps > Overview in the left-hand panel in your QuickBooks Online account.
3. Find the SignNow app and click Launch.
4. Log in to your SignNow account and connect the application to QuickBooks Online.
5. Click Generate Auth Link to create a login link.
6. Copy the link and share it with users who will access the SignNow extension.
For users:
1. Install the extension
2. Open any QuickBooks record with an attachment.
3. Access the SignNow extension in your browser’s toolbar.
4. Connect your SignNow account (first time only).
5. The extension detects documents attached to your record.
6. Select any document and send it for signature from the same tab.
