- I've never left a review for a chrome extension before. This one is a game changer! Greyscale on my browser to help me reduce empty digital calories, so I can lead a life with less screen time - what's not to love about this? Thank you folks and props to you!
- Jim Tollefson
- Absolutely love this tool. Once I got this set up to my day-to-day, it quickly became an essential part of keeping my ADHD brain on task and away from social media/shopping rabbit holes. Cannot recommend highly enough
- Rodolfo Mota

- Ilya Kreynin
- Big fan! I've used other blockers before, but the level of control here across time, different lists, and grayscale + simplification options make this head and shoulders above anything else I've looked at! Already helping me with my workday - which sometimes requires me to go to YouTube or a social media site to find a specific piece of information, but ends up with me scrolling - and I'm excited to keep using it! Excellent product 😊
- Dee Adler
- It's pretty simple and it worked. So good job
- Dallas Pomeranz
- Makes distracting websites less distracting so I get more done and stay more focussed. Instagram in greyscale, newsfeed muted so I can still check messages during working hours without grabbing my phone, and YouTube without the homepage recommendations. I still use these sites, but I actually choose to now instead of getting pulled in.
- Alex Detesan
- Been using this for a few weeks. Removing the Twitter feed but keeping search was exactly what I needed. I can still look stuff up, I just don't get sucked into scrolling.
- Allison
- As a creative freelancer, my screentime is insanely high every day with consuming content. I was resistent to using sites like these, but I gave this a try and honestly, it really helped. My screentime reduced, but I get to choose which sites I still have full access to /colour for. I don't feel like its an "all or nothing" sacrifice, which makes it easier to stick to.
- Rose Stacey
- What I appreciate is it doesn't treat me like I have no willpower. It just makes the distracting parts less shiny while still allowing me to be responsive across different platforms as needed. Works better for me than hard blocking ever did.
- Michael Darcy
- Between studying, work, and volunteering, there are a lot of draws on my time. Heyday helps me stay on task so I can do the things I need to more quickly, without feeling totally disconnected from the world.
- Sydney Petrovic
- As a chronic scroller, Heyday's features helped my productivity. I especially liked how it changed selected sites to black and white which makes it less incentivizing to scroll instagram and mindlessly shop online. It's customizable and easy to use.

- Here's how I use it: When I work, I block all sites that are clearly unrelated. Anything somewhat useful, but filled with distractions (like news or forums or reddit), I turn those black and white so they're less stimulating. I also remove all recommendations and news feeds off of social media so I'm focused mostly on posting or responding to messages, not consuming other people's content.
