How to use
● Simply go to YouTube website
● Choose the video you are interested in
● Click the Transcript & summary button.It will show you the video transcript, if it has.
● Click the View AI Summary Icon, If you already logged in chat.openai.com, we will get the video summary.
● Click the Copy Icon,then you easily get the summary of YT video.
● Filling in the api key in the settings page, the summary will be showed directly on youtube

- When this was working it was amazing (5 stars)!! However, I've recently had to use another solution to grab my transcriptions. This isn't working right now. I hope you can find the time to make this tool work again. P.S. I like the part where you included time stamps and the URL of the video in the copied text.

- I liked this app, but YouTube Summary AI with Gemini is a real game changer. It's faster and everything just works so much better. You've got to try it out!

- I can't get it to work properly - won't do Summary. The message I get is: "Please login and pass Cloudflare check at chat.openai.com OpenAI requires passing a security check every once in a while. If this keeps happening, change AI provider to OpenAI API in the extension options page." I am logged in (have also logged out and in again. Note: chat.openai.com is now chatgpt.com). Also changed AI provider as recommended, but no result. What to do (beside finding another YT video summary extension)?

- Amazing! This app is way way better than the others, and I strongly suspect some of the negative reviews are fake. Here's why: it's almost unfair to the competition. The app offers: 1) Unlimited free summaries, by using their smart integration with ChatGPT and their free offering 2) It makes it easy to copy the whole YouTube transcript (without AI). The first plugin that shows up on google's search results limits you to one single copy and then you have to pay. Small suggestion for improvement: please default to GPT 4.0 for those of us who have a paid ChatGPT subscription, or allow us to set it that way.
