Alters css of the Google app engine admin console based on app id in order to provide a simple visual cue as to which environment is currently in use.

0.0.2 - Additional support for the new cloud console.
0.0.1 - Supports app id's containing '-dev', '-test', and '-demo' to denote environment. All other app id's will result in an unaltered styling.
