Jesse 2024-09-17: Analytics are basic and not as useful as originally hoped. Paid for a 1 year plan. As it is now coming to a close I've decided to end it. The options are to either cancel the subscription immediately or pause the subscription. Although I have prepaid, I am unable to just stop payment at the end of the year. Pretty sure this is illegal. Warning to potential users to stay away.

kalu aja 2023-12-31: returning customer, my banner and side bar do not work, have been going back and forth with help desk, they are helpful but my subscription is running and i cant use it. its frustrating, i do like the app but i do not think they are taking me serious, i will try again after the holidays
