• (2025-03-06) Rebecca Kadera: I thought this extension was supposed to help me with my homework and grades, but it majorly harmed it. I wish I never spent a cent on this. DO NOT USE
• (2025-02-16) John Smiith: Unreliable for Chemistry. You can use it as an assistant for Chemistry homework, but often the initial answer is wrong and after you hit explain, explain, it comes up with a different answer that is right.

I was enjoying using it, but after the trial, I think it charged me 5.99, and I wanted to upgrade to the semester, but it tells me the payment didn't go through or something. I emailed the support email, and I haven't gotten any support yet. Please get in touch with me because I would like to use this. Help me fix this error. Overall, it is a great tool to use, but it might have some glitches. I'm not sure.

The "ask studybuddy" button just disappeared and when i went and looked at extension its gone as well its suppose to be on top of the floating option, i dont see it anymore.

I tried reinstalling the extension and nothing so I decided to cancel my subscription but even though I cancelled my subscription, it says it's still going to charge me the next billing period??? I already contacted support about this and I'm waiting for a response.

STAY AWAY. SCAM.
