Why is it limited if I paid $25 to use this tool? I should be able to use it however many times I want. Maybe this is a glitch but I would like what I paid good money for.

Trying to export someone's following list which clearly says 1432 followers but it only exports 1429 every time!!! its says finished exporting, but it's always maxes out at 99.79% never 100%.
