- (2022-02-08) Eric: I was in the middle of an estimate and it abruptly threw me out, told me I was no longer authorized to use it and needed to contact an administrator. I was unable to upload a new version despite them trying to help me. I am lost.
- (2021-12-14) Dustin: this is complete and utter ******* ********. the ******* add on does not install when prompted and i cant get my work done because some stupid ******* had to force everyone to make unessecarry upgrades
- (2021-11-18) Joel: Garbage. I cant make it run. Called Support, worked for a while then it stopped. It is slow. You loose photos. Don't know why anyone would want to use this. XO was better
- (2021-10-22) Jim: There is a version for Edge and one for Chrome. This is the critical component to run Xactimate X1. Works much better than the old version with Microsoft Explorer. Make sure you save your work all of the time, since it loves to dump it when you have cataloged 20+ photos and it is stuck on the saving... statement. Ask me how I know, ha ha! I have found that if you have only the Edge version installed, it will install the Chrome version too. That seems to be ok.
